With operations spanning diverse sectors like Public Services and Finance, their goal is clear: To harness the power of AI and data technology for the betterment of humanity. Yet, amidst their grand aspirations lies the challenge of presenting Presight as a brand that brings transformative technology directly to the people. In a digital landscape where the UAE leads the charge, Presight aims to resonate with a global audience, offering simplified yet impactful solutions that add tangible value to end consumers' lives. 

Unveiling Discoveries

Presight's game-changing innovations are powered by their unique Vitruvian technology, a behind-the-scenes hero driving their transformative solutions. Whether it's making EXPO 2020 Dubai unforgettable or supporting law enforcement and disaster relief efforts, Vitruvian is the backbone of their product lineup. Despite forming key partnerships with governments and organizations, a significant communication hurdle remained: Vitruvian and the rest of Presight's offerings were hard for non-techies to grasp. We delved deep into what Vitruvian delivers, the gap in the market that Presight aims to fill, and our vision for the brand's untapped potential. Our approach to bridging the void between technology and everyday life was encapsulated in a meticulously researched brand book crafted for Presight.

Rigor

The question was simple, "How can we make our grandma understand our work?” A deceptively simple task that required hours of collaborative strategic exploration. We evolved Presight's brand narrative through words and visuals, translating their technological prowess into meaningful messaging that is humble yet profound.

The first step was to create a verbal articulation that encapsulated the brand’s strengths in innovation. And carefully crafted to reflect the values embedded in the brand’s positioning line: “We see the future first.”

Then came the language of visual narration. Overarchingly human-centric, we chose characters and stories woven with the strategy – embodying the “tech-to-story” approach. With these as our yin and yang in communication, we got down to work.

Content extrapolation

Simplifying Complex Tech: Through close collaboration with Presight, we developed a comprehensive content strategy centered on engaging and educating customers through brand and product-focused videos. A key component of this strategy was the Presight Lens – a creative yet strategic tool. Think of it as complex technology passing through the Lens and coming out as easily digestible information. Together with Presight, we tackled concerns about their technology's complexity and ambiguity. Our narrative now focuses on solving user problems, highlighting benefits, and building strong connections with audiences. This approach not only draws from the brand document but also sets the stage for future communication themes and expansion.

At Liwa, we understand tech. Armed with enormous expertise in the domain of technology and innovation, we come with deep-rooted knowledge, garnered over the years through working on an array of regional- and global-leader tech clients.

Employing this domain know-how, we set out to decode intricate concepts in technology. Complex ideas passed through our simplicity lens (complementing the Presight Lens), distilling their essence, and creating communication for B2B that unfolded like B2C.

Impacting global audiences and reaching beyond 

From the World Police Summit to live showcases at GITEX 2023, our joint efforts with Presight captured global attention. Our communication journey extended into the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR), Abu Dhabi to Gitex Africa 2024. Through compelling storytelling, we highlighted technology's crucial role in building a safer, more connected world. Not only did we showcase Presight's innovative solutions through the content we developed, but we also positioned them as leaders in human-centric innovation. The results surpassed expectations, sparking new partnerships, relationships, and growth projections for years to come. 

For us, Presight is a cherished brand and this exercise is a strategically fulfilling endeavor. Not only is it a rock-solid foundation for all Presight communication in the near- and long-term, it is also a reiteration of the proven ‘Liwa methodology’ to problem-solve client’s marketing challenges. And yet another project where the transformative power of storytelling has proven its universal impact.
