1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the accounts managed
2. Build & maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Work with the Account Director in running brainstorming sessions with relevant stimulus / thought-starters & building compelling proposals/presentations for pitch/RFPs/client-briefs
4. Work with the team to devise insights, ideas and creative brief that meet the client's brief
5. Ensure QC, including proofreading, design details & presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
6. Ensure Liwa’s social channels are always buzzing and up to date.
7. Maintain regular contact with clients by adding value, provoking new business opportunities & ensuring that communication flows effectively
8. Undertake administrative tasks like meeting invites, updating internal management systems & writing minutes of the meeting
9. Arabic speaker would be an added bonus
