A little difficult to answer as right from my school days, I was aspiring for this. However, during my school days, I had a lot of fascination with IAS. I actually went through the process of the same and found it interesting. So probably, if I would not take up CA, I would have been IAS, serving my country.

What would you be if you were not a Chartered Accountant?
And why are you a Chartered Accountant?
Although, academically I was good at Maths and Science, these were not the subject of my interest. I wanted to become a professional (e.g. Doctor, CA, Architect, etc) and since I didn’t have much interest in Science, I chose a commerce stream with an intention of either taking up a CA or MBA course.
Tell us a little about your work process.
I have been working for almost 30 years in the field of Finance & Accounting and my work process got evolved with gaining experience in various positions I held in different organizations. As a Finance professional now, I am guiding various businesses in their Financial Management including Cash flow management, MIS analysis, Budgeting, and Accounting and Commercial processes.

If you get one hour to do whatever you like, what would that be?
It depends on which time I get an hour. If it is, I would prefer to read something to improvise and acquire some knowledge and be at par with current happenings. However, in the evening, I would definitely spend that hour on sports and play an additional game.
